Our hexagonal lights kit come with a plug-in power cable, meaning once assembled, they can be used immediately.

However, if you prefer to connect the system to your room’s electrical circuit (for example, to control the lights via a wall switch), we recommend hiring a licensed electrician for safety and compliance.

Our cable system is equipped with ready-to-wire, color-coded cables designed specifically for hard-wire installations.

Our hexagon led light come with up to 48 months of warranty. During the warranty period, any damage caused under normal use (not installation errors) will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty expires, you can contact us to purchase replacement parts directly.

No. Each light tube has its own independent power connection, so if one stops working, the rest of the system will continue to operate normally. You only need to replace the single faulty tube.
