Our hexagon led light come with up to 48 months of warranty. During the warranty period, any damage caused under normal use (not installation errors) will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty expires, you can contact us to purchase replacement parts directly.

No. Each led hexagonal grid honeycomb lights tube has its own independent power connection, so if one stops working, the rest of the system will continue to operate normally. You only need to replace the single faulty tube.
