We offer a 48-month warranty for our Hexagon Lights Series and a 24-month warranty for both our RGB and Signature Series. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functionality under normal use.

Thanks to the independent transformer in each LED tube, the rest of your hexagon lighting grid will stay illuminated. If the issue occurs within the warranty period, we’ll send a replacement for free. If the light is damaged by misuse or outside of warranty, you can purchase replacement parts directly from our Accessories section or contact us for support.
