Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Final sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

Please contact us at info@hexledlighting.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items and will be issued to the original payment method.
