Thank you for choosing Hexledlighting. We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions.

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund process typically takes 3–5 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was sent. In such cases, Hexledlighting will provide a prepaid return label.

We do not accept returns on clearance items, customized or special-order products, or items damaged through misuse or improper installation.
